Refund policy

Returns / Exchange

Due to the sensitive nature of the product, we do not offer returns/exchanges. If the item you received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at dollyblinkllc@gmail.com and we will be happy to replace your item for you. Please ensure you contact us within 5-7 days of receiving your purchase. No replacements will be processed after 7 days.


Refunds (if applicable)

In the event a refund is requested, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received an approved refund yet, please contact your Credit or Debit Card's issuing bank. Please also allow at least 5-7 Business Days to be credited a refund as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, depending on your bank.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
